I understand you don't want anything to do with me. I understand you dont want to talk to me. I understand that you cannot heal with me. I understand that you care for me. I understand that you are doing this for yourself.

I have a lot more to say and process but I hear you.

I'm never going to push you again. You said exactlty what would happen and I couldn't accept it. I have nothing but things coming from a place to care but today was not okay on either of our sides.
