I could sit and talk with you forever

Haha I know I talk a lot but that's not the point.

I could sit and just ask you questions forever and watch you.

It's not about what you say too, but it's about how you say it as I watch you.

Sometimes people could be caught up on what people say and define them as smart, stupid, insightful, etc

But I think some people forget to look inward of someone's feelings when they talk about something.

Not everyone can articulate, but everyone has feelings. It's how you look at the tiniest gestures of what someone feels.
